How do I sign up for camp?

 It’s easy click on the registration link and it will direct you to the registration site, then simply fill out the forms, and you can pay using a credit card. Hope College accepts all major credit cards. If you are not a fan of credit cards you can always send in a check to the address provided on the payment page.

Will the camp fill up?

We have had good numbers the last 4 years however we haven’t Sold Out. My expectation is that it will sell out, but based on the average the last years we should have plenty of space. Spots are limited so don’t wait or you’ll be left out. MAX. Campers is set at 50. 

Which airports can I fly into for camp?

 In Grand Rapids, Gerald R. Ford International (airport code GRR) is 35 miles from camp.

How do I get from the airport to camp?

 The airport has multiple shuttle services for ground transportation. If available, a staff member may be able to pick up a camper. We will find a way to make sure the camper gets to campus.

What do I need to bring to camp?

 Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation note (All correspondence will be via e-mail) detailing what to bring with you and other important information. You can also click on the ‘What To Bring’ tab from the Goalie Camp drop down menu on the website.

With it being a Co-ed camp, will my son or daughter be safe?

YES….we had an overcrowding issue and we have taken the initiative to acquire a 2nd dorm, right next door to Scott Hall to house the females of the camp.  This dorm will be a Female ONLY  dorm and will be monitored by our female staff.  Rules will be strictly enforced to keep any non-female out of the dorm.  The Camp store and all night activities/sessions will still be housed in or outside of Scott Hall. 

What level player comes to these camps?

 Goalies from ALL levels are welcome to include both Boys and Girls. The camp will group according to age, skill level and experience.

 When is Check in and Check out at camp?

 Check in on the first day of camp is between 11am-12:30pm and camp ends on the last day at 11:00am.

What is a typical day at camp like?

 Camp starts at 8am and ends at 9pm each day with exception to the 1st and last day of camp. Campers will be on the field 3 times each day with meals in the dining hall in between. There is also  coach lectures, night sessions, free time for swimming, weight lifting and checking out the campus and campus stores. I need to buy some equipment, is there a lax store at camp?

 YES! A custom lacrosse store, will be at camp for the entire time with 6×6 swag, stringing supplies, sundries, and other lax items!

Can I bring some teammates with me to camp?

 Absolutely! You can request your roommate during online registration (2 per room).

Is there a health form required for camp?

 Yes, There will be an online form to fill out during your registration process.

What coaches will be at the camp?

 Coach Gigliotti has many former students who enjoy giving back to the game and will be part of the instructional staff.  He also has many qualified Goalie coaches who he’s known throughout his coaching career that will be on hand to provide their expertise in the position.  A final compilation of working staff will be listed on the ‘Staff’ under the Goalie Camp tab in June.

Is there a waiting list if the camp is full?

 Coach Gigliotti will keep a waiting list if the camp is full. This is a First Come First Serve basis, if the camp is FULL at time of registration then email  to be added to the waitlist. Make sure to add in the Subject line of the email “Please Add to Waitlist” and then a quick note in the body of the email WHO you’d like to place on the waitlist. If one cancels then Coach Gigliotti will be notified and you will receive an email to register ASAP.
